Following a management career with RBS Colin McKeand opted to leave the finance world and retrain in the health field. In 2002 he founded Nutri - Tox and is now one of
Colin has been helping people of all ages, from all walks of life, overcome their health challenges and achieve their healthy living and healthy eating goals. He also works with large companies such as Banks, Utilities, and Call Centres, together with smaller businesses employing just a few staff, plus some public sector organisations.
Colin separates the facts from the myths when it comes to diet, nutrition and lifestyle and does not believe in one size fits all or the latest gimmick or fad. He promises to challenge some beliefs about eating and food.
Maxine Dodds of Maxine Dodds Coaching followed her heart into life and business coaching and training after a 20-year career in the IT Industry in roles ranging from IT Support to Software Engineering and Project Management. So quite a change!
Maxine is also a very keen archer, who competes regionally and for Scottish National Squad in 2008/2009, so she knows a thing or two about goal setting and commitment! But this weekend she’s setting her sights on you! Maxine’s programme of coaching sessions are sure to leave you feeling inspired, laser-focused and committed to making your dreams for 2010 come true. Oh, and she’s determined you’ll have fun too!

Helen Ross-Hamilton has been coaching professionally since 2004. She helps women who want a balanced and juicy life but who struggle to get focused. A qualified coach and therapist, she spent 12 successful years in the corporate world of IT in the City of London and has also worked in the NHS and voluntary sectors. She runs her own coaching practice (The Results Agency), writes, and is a working Mum. With an eclectic range of special interests (inc. ancient feminine mystic traditions, Zen, rites and ritual, positive psychology and the Person-Centred Approach) Helen brings a rare combination of knowledge, skills and experience. Her unique approach integrates practical, common sense coaching methods with millennia-old wisdom that speaks directly to the hearts of women everywhere.
Prompted by her own experience of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) after the war in Iraq, Morag McAllister trained as a counsellor, specialising in PTSD Management and Person Centred Counselling whilst still serving in the Royal Air Force. Treating colleagues, she realised many were suffering mentally from the horrors they had seen, and so designed relaxing treatments to help them, particularly after tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Recently Morag set up Morag’s Heeling Hands where she provides a holistic approach to health, a friendly approach to Beauty, and private, confidential Counselling.
A Personal Trainer and Sport Massage Therapist at RenewPhysio, Lisa Lanini offers a range of fitness and nutrition packages to guide and support people to achieve optimum health through exercise and nutrition. Lisa’s varied experience includes working with a semi-professional football and rugby club as head therapist, as well as all over the UK at sporting events including the London Marathon. During this weekend, she’s turning her attention to helping you discover the role exercise can play in helping you achieve your goals, and will be introducing a few fun moves and stretches! So remember to bring some comfortable clothing.
